Richard J. Inglis
Richard J. Inglis is an accomplished litigator who represents clients involved in significant business, real estate, probate, and construction litigation cases. Richard draws on his decades of experience handling complex and sophisticated civil cases to advocate for the rights and interests of his clients in serious legal conflicts, disputes, and is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbel. Attorney Inglis is a seasoned litigator who is highly regarded by clients, lawyers, and judges throughout the South Florida region. During the course of his legal career, he has represented national, regional, and local clients in complex litigation matters in federal and state courts from Boston to Miami. He is licensed to practice in Florida and Massachusetts, as well as before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 1st and 11th Circuits.
Experienced Trial and Appellate Attorney
Attorney Richard Inglis, who served as a Notes Editor on the Suffolk Transnational Law Review, graduated from Suffolk University Law School, Cum Laude, in 1990 and began his legal career in Boston, Massachusetts with the litigation firm of Gargiulo/Rudnick LLP. He moved to Florida in 2002 where he has built a highly successful trial and appellate practice.
Richard is a member of the American Bar Association, Lee County Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar. He is a skilled lawyer who is committed to providing his clients with the advice and legal representation needed to successfully resolve high net worth trust, estate, and other inheritance-related conflicts and disputes.
